Are you a strategic Workday expert with a passion for delivering innovative HCM solutions? We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Manager to lead and optimise our Workday platform and ensure the delivery of seamless HR technology experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of the Workday HCM platform, including configuration, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that support strategic objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of Workday analysts and specialists.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in system governance and data integrity.
• Support change management and user training efforts across the organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workday HCM Manager or Senior Workday Consultant.
• Hands-on expertise across multiple Workday modules.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver system enhancements on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification in Core HCM or other relevant modules.
• Experience working in a complex, enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting and integration tools (e.g., EIB, Studio, PECI).
