$70,000 - $75,000Maldon Hotel is looking for a full time chef to join our team with a dedication to deliver classic pub meals.

Duties will include:

Cooking classic pub meals in accordance with the our menu;

Planning and developing menu in conjunction with Kitchen Manager:

Ordering food and kitchen supplies;

Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, wait staff and managers;

Conduct demonstrations and training of cooking methods/techniques with staff;

Preservation of food;

Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations ;

Staff Rostering;

Menu costing.

A relevant Diploma qualification plus two years of full time post qualification experience in the relevant position OR at least 4 years of experience in the relevant position.
