About the role

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious indian dishes to delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking high-quality meals according to menu specifications and customer orders

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, ensuring all health and safety standards are met

Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes

Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies

Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Passion for creating delicious indian dishes, and high-quality meals

Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

Food safety and hygiene certification

RSA certification
