We are partnering with a highly respected, multi-award-winning residential builder that specialises in architecturally designed, fully bespoke homes across Melbourne and Victoria’s most desirable regional locations.

They are now looking to welcome a Contract Administrator who’s ready to step up into a Junior Project Manager role, or alternatively, someone who prefers to deepen their expertise on the contracts side and progress into a Senior CA / Contracts Lead position. The leadership team is flexible and genuinely invested in supporting career growth based on individual aspirations.

• Projects range from $2M to $7M+, using both fixed-price and cost-plus models
• All homes are custom and design-led – no volume builds or repetitive work
• Head office based in Melbourne’s Inner East, close to the CBD
• Projects also delivered in Victoria’s premium regional pockets
• Reputation built on craftsmanship, sustainability, and high-touch client service
• You’ll be supported and mentored by Senior Project Managers and Directors
