The Role
Here at ROUSSOS Recruitment, we have partnered with a well-established contractor who demonstrates a unique approach to construction management with a strong focus on client and stakeholder communication. Due to the ongoing growth of the business, this company is now seeking a self-motivated and driven Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will utilise your industry knowledge and experience to deliver on a variety of upcoming projects. Reporting directly to the SA State Manager and you will be supported by an experienced team of over 70 people.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion
• Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders and managing ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings
• Co-ordinate with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
• Ensure building legislation, quality and performance standards are adhered to
• Effectively manage the project quality, budgets and work to established timelines
• Maintain efficient and thorough documentation for effective contract administration and other project management support services

The Like Mind
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar, coupled with proven experience delivering projects valued $5M+. Excellent negotiation and communication skills will be essential to drive processes and collaborate/ lead team members. For the right individual, this role presents an opportunity to progress into a Senior Project Management position.
