This medium-sized property company is experiencing growth and expansion nationally. They currently require an Office Manager/TA/EA to support the overall administrative and marketing functions within the business. As the expansion continues, you will have the chance to become more involved with operations and or marketing if desired.

Reporting to the strategic Partner, the Office Manager will provide top-level support to the executive team and assist with property administration, compliance, a range of marketing responsibilities, including event management, and overall general office administration, such as database management, facilities, and onboarding new employees.

Ideally, you have 3+ years of experience in an EA/TA or Office Manager position and some understanding of the property sector. Additionally, you possess skills in office administration and/or property marketing coordination. This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and likes variety in their day. Training and development are also on offer. Excellent salary and benefits with a healthy discretionary bonus.

This position can lead to a more senior and/or strategic role for the more ambitious Office Manager or you might apply your expertise and be comfortable owning the office administrative area. Interest in Property and prior experience will be highly regarded, though not essential.
