About the Role

In a brand-new opportunity reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in supporting the CEO and leadership team, while ensuring a smooth-running office for all. Your day-to-day activities will include high-level executive support to the CEO, the smooth operation of the office, and managing projects of different sizes and complexity.

Success in this role will be achieved through the alignment of people, processes and technology, in the delivery of exceptional support to the CEO and the wider Scentia Group.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Provide end to end executive level support for CEO (calendar management, booking meeting rooms/venues, email management, preparing presentations & reports, liaising with Board & key business stakeholders, general administration etc)

Supporting CEO & CFO with Board meetings

Supporting effectiveness of the ELT (agendas, minutes, document management on MSTeams, and adhoc support for individual execs as needed)

Assisting with CEO communications (Media releases, LinkedIn posts, All staff emails, leadership forums, significant employee events like the end of year party etc)

Managing the Circular Quay facilities excluding student areas (WHS, kitchen supplies, stationary orders, floor plan, desk booking, security, catering, meeting rooms etc)

Making travel bookings as required for the CEO & Executive Team and any other required parties

Leading and supporting projects such as office refurbishments, moves and events

About you

Tech savvy and absolutely people focussed, you know how to get it done

An ability to multitask, and of course doing so with a high attention to detail

Pro-active and with an eagle eye, you can anticipate what’s needed and how to prioritise

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a high attention to detail.

Ability to influence and align executive stakeholders at all levels

Broad knowledge of corporate processes and systems; post-secondary education preferred but not essential.
