We work to restore culturally significant lands, provide essential services and advocacy, and deliver programs that build cultural, social, and economic wellbeing.
We’re currently delivering several impactful programs to our community—and we’re looking for a dedicated Case Worker to join our team in the Sustaining Tenancies in Social Housing Program (STiSH).
About the Role
As a STiSH Case Worker, you’ll be the vital link supporting at-risk tenants to remain housed. You’ll connect clients with tailored, wrap-around services, working collaboratively with stakeholders and within the community to address complex needs and reduce tenancy risks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating warm referrals and integrated service delivery
Engaging clients and managing complex caseloads
Supporting clients with issues like hoarding, budgeting, mental health, and life skills
Monitoring and reporting on client outcomes
Managing projects and meeting KPIs
Maintaining up-to-date client records in the management system
Building strong relationships with external support services
About You
We’re looking for someone with a passion for people and community. You’ll be able to juggle multiple priorities while always putting clients first.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in case management and client engagement
Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience working with individuals with complex and multiple needs
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems
Understanding of trauma-informed, client-centered care
You’ll also need to have or be willing to obtain:
A Working with Children Check
A National Criminal Record Check
A valid C Class Driver License
