You’ll be mentored by a high-performing Sales Agent and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of business development—including prospecting, building relationships, and securing new managements. You will be responsible for:

• Communicating with prospective tenants
• Hosting open homes
• Responding to renter enquiries
• Sending approval confirmation to successful applicants
• Liaising with the Property Management Team
• Field services tasks ie routine inspections, condition reports
• You will have the opportunity to bring on new managements

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Valid Drivers License and own reliable transport
• Min 6 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing Consultant
• Current Real Estate Certificate (VIC)
• Drive, ambition & passion for Real Estate
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
• A passion for real estate and a desire to grow into a business development-focused role
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
