The Role

As the Front of House Manager, you will aid the Exec team in achieving financial targets and carry through day-to-day venue operations while developing staff in service and sales. You will be an influential and valued leader. You will be an excellent communicator and passionate about supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a fine dining venue
• Some knowledge of wine is highly desirable
• Provide excellent guest experience
• Great people management and prioritising skills
• Ability to work with budgets to achieve growth within the business
