Responsibilities include:

• Manage 130 properties with support from 4 Virtual Assistant’s and a field agent doing leasing and routines.
• Liaising with owners, tenants, and contractors
• Issue leases
• Arrears management
• Lease renewals
• Tenant sign-ups

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in property management
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration
• An excellent problem solver
• A team player
• Excellent job stability – with continued growth planned
• A current driver's license
