About the role

As a Sales Representative for Techtop Australia Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the company's customer base. This full-time position is based in Welshpool, WA , offering you the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of a dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and targeting new potential customers within your assigned territory

Proactively reaching out to prospective clients to understand their needs and present Techtop Australia's products and services

Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Providing valuable feedback and insights to the management team to help drive business growth

What we're looking for

Support and grow existing customer relationships through product sales, particularly focusing on motors and gearboxes, knowledge of electric motors or power transmission products is preferable.

Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the Sales industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present to clients

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis

Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a drive to exceed sales targets

Adaptability and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
