The production manager will be working with the Managing and Production Directors to achieve the require daily and week production.

The roll includes:

Must have experience in food production.

Daily hands-on staff management

Daily management of shift supervisors to achieve the required production.

Production Planning

Finished goods inventory management.

Ingredient and packaging ordering and stock management

Management of the cleaning team

Strong understanding of HACCP principles
