👩⚕️ The Opportunity
This is not your typical nursing job. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, eager to grow in a niche health space, and want to play a critical role in a pioneering clinic – this is your moment.
As the Registered Nurse, you'll be the supportive backbone for clinical procedures, pre- and post-care consultations, injection preparation, and patient experience delivery. You will also support room prep, some admin, and ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained.
🩺 Key Responsibilities
Perform cannulation and phlebotomy for PRP and regenerative medicine procedures.
Assist staff with injection procedures.
Prepare and manage treatment rooms including cleaning, stock control, and sterilisation.
Participate in training and delivery of laser therapy treatments.
Conduct patient pre-assessment and post-treatment follow-ups, documenting in patient records.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients.
Manage treatment schedules, reschedule bookings, and perform occasional front desk support.
Follow scripts for consults and discovery calls when required.
Support with administration and clinic efficiency tasks as needed.
🎯 KPI & Performance Expectations
Patient Care & Satisfaction: 90%+ positive feedback on follow-ups.
Procedural Support: 100% compliance with preparation and room standards.
Clinical Precision: Zero errors in blood draw, cannulation, and PRP prep.
Laser Therapy Proficiency: Independently run laser treatments within 30 days of training.
Team Engagement: Actively contribute to team meetings, SOPs, and clinic improvements.
SOP - Developing Nursing SOP specific to the role.
🙋♀️ About You
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Experienced in phlebotomy and cannulation (essential).
Background in orthopaedics or musculoskeletal care desirable not essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable in a high-performance environment with multitasking responsibilities.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and hygiene standards.
High emotional intelligence and warm bedside manner.
Committed to personal and professional growth.
