What you'll be doing

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans
• Documenting patient information accurately and in a timely manner
• Promoting patient education and empowerment
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
• Participating in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a general medical or surgical setting
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
• Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care
