Engtruss Group is a leading manufacturer of timber trusses and frames, proudly supporting Melbourne's construction industry. With a growing team and strong project pipeline, we're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to step into a key Scheduling Coordinator role.

About the Role

With our current team member moving on, we’re seeking a confident, composed, and organised professional to manage our production scheduling and front desk operations. This full-time position is perfect for someone with building industry experience, strong communication skills, and a naturally customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling with truss detailers, production team, transport, and customers

Liaise with internal teams to ensure timelines and production targets are met

Communicate clearly with clients and delivery partners regarding lead times and delivery arrangements

Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate team members

Greet visitors and handle general reception duties in a warm and confident manner

Support other administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in scheduling or coordination, ideally in the building or construction industry

Strong verbal communication and telephone handling skills

A proactive and well-organised mindset with great attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly and professionally

Friendly, polished, and confident when engaging with both customers and team members
