About the role

Carringtons Traffic Services' is seeking a motivated Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Northam, Western Australia. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimising the schedules of our traffic management crews, ensuring efficient project delivery and exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Develop and maintain comprehensive schedule plans for traffic management crews and resources

Liaise with project managers, supervisors and clients to understand scheduling requirements and priorities

Allocate crew members and equipment to projects based on skills, availability and project needs

Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate changes and minimise disruptions

Communicate schedule updates to all stakeholders in a timely and effective manner

Identify and implement opportunities to improve scheduling processes and efficiencies

Maintain detailed records and reporting on crew utilisation and project progress

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a scheduling or project coordination role, ideally within the construction or traffic management industry

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse teams

Proficient in the use of scheduling software and tools to optimise resource allocation

A flexible and adaptable approach to accommodate changing requirements and priorities

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards
