We're hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Planner/Scheduler to join a well-established, family-owned leader in the Traffic Services industry. About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for planning and scheduling traffic management operations while ensuring all processes meet regulatory, company, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Traffic Management Plans (TMP & TGS) using Rapid Plan

Manage MOA and permit approvals with Vic Roads and other authorities

Coordinate permit applications efficiently and on time

Roster and schedule Traffic Controllers using Manstat

Ensure all Traffic Controllers are compliant and ready for deployment

Manage the operations inbox and assist with daily coordination tasks

Support training and development of Traffic Controllers with the Operations Manager

Participate in OHS meetings, inspections, and audits

Contribute to safety and compliance under the company's Integrated Management System

Participate in the on-call roster as required

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in traffic planning and scheduling

Proven ability to manage high-volume rostering and logistics

Qualification in Traffic Management Design (TMP & TGS)

Current Traffic Control ticket and White Card

Experience with Rapid Plan and Traffio (preferred but not essential)

Excellent multitasking and time management skills
