The Opportunity
We are currently seeking either:
1 x Full-Time Workforce Coordinator (Monday to Friday), or
2 x Part-Time Workforce Coordinators (rotating roster, Monday to Saturday)
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced operations team, helping to coordinate staffing across more than 80 sites and a large workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Rostering and scheduling shifts for 80+ sites operating 24/7
Provide onboarding support to new staff
Act as a key point of contact for 850+ staff across multiple platforms
Increase staffing engagement through clear communication and proactive support
Manage and maintain staff databases
Monitor and respond to a shared inbox
Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Experience using web-based rostering/scheduling systems
Strong computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with web-based messaging platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent multitasking, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills
Experience providing onboarding support to new staff
Ability to improve staff engagement through clear communication and proactive support
Desirable (not essential):
Experience or knowledge of the security industry

Rostering Details (Part-Time Positions)
Two-week rotating roster
Week 1: AM shifts (08:00–16:00)
Week 2: PM shifts (10:00–18:00 / 12:00–21:00)
Days: Tuesday to Friday, with Monday to Saturday alternating
