This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a highly-regarded organisation in the field of education and community support. Due to a recent increase in business, the operations team requires an administrator who co-ordinates carers schedules for the day/week. Your calm, fun and dedicated nature will fit in perfectly with this easy-going, professional and supportive team.
The responsibilities of this role are essentially:
- Coordination of carer schedules (Phone & Digital)
- Data entry of schedule information
- Emailing / Filing / Ad-hoc administrative duties
The right person will be warm, patient & able to establish rapport quickly with the large number of staff. The ability to multi-task and successfully schedule in a timely manner will be highly regarded.
Intermediate computer literacy is required (MS Office), as well as a solid background in administration.
The assignment is expected to go for around 3-4 weeks initially, and may continue on. The hours of work are preferably later: 9.00-10.00am starts, 7 hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Trams, Buses and Trains are available to your doorstep – local paid parking is available.
