About the Role

As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub of our business—overseeing scheduling, stock control, client updates, job tracking, and admin support. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment and be a natural problem solver with a sharp eye for detail. Experience in the plumbing or building industry—particularly from a trade counter or supply background—will set you up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Job Scheduling & Workforce Coordination

Optimise scheduling for maximum productivity and minimal downtime

Adjust job timelines around emergencies and workforce availability

Check in with plumbers throughout the day and review end-of-day schedules

Ensure materials, equipment, and access are ready for each job

Client Communication

Manage inbox and job requests—quick turnaround is key

Respond to emergencies

Keep tenants and property managers updated throughout the job lifecycle

Inventory Management

Coordinate weekly van restocks and manage stock levels

Assist supervisors with job-specific materials and purchase orders

Maintain supplier price files and product catalogues

Industry experience (plumbing/building/trade counter preferred)

Strong organisational and time management skills

Tech-savvy with job management systems
