Our client is a mechanical engineering company which provide coding and marking solutions through a broad range of technology available. Including large and small character inkjet printers, laser coding systems, thermal transfer printers and labeling equipment plus more!

They have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator with warehouse picking experience to join their small & friendly team based in Wacol.

We are looking for someone with Ownership who loves to drive assigned work from start to finish while managing multiple tasks. A Service Coordinator for this Industry must be able to communicate strongly to the Customer and with the Field Service Engineers, they often speak with management over the phone and require high degree of professionalism.

Please note that the hiring timeline will be approx. 2 months whilst they get the current new hires on track and get past the Festive Season holidays.

Hours of work 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Salary $70K plus super.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service teams and work closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver major organisational tasks efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to create quotes, invoices, leads, jobs and contract jobs.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders to ensure the project standards meet expectations.
  • Create, prepare, and deliver reports to various departments and department managers, including director.
  • Coordinate with other departments to handle payroll and personnel databases, process invoices, make payments and track receipts.
  • Review, revise and implement workplace procedures and policies to improve operational efficiency and objectives, including customer service and client relationships.
  • Customer Relations Management to support the sales team by managing sales tools, assisting with reporting, and helping to streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Seeking Experienced Applicants, Applicants with an understanding of Distribution and Service Based Business.
  • Associate's degree in office administration may be preferred.
  • High level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook and the ability to learn new systems quickly and precisely.
  • Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take on tasks without direction, handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously while under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with an aptitude for customer service and professionalism.
