The Role

Lead the sourcing & quoting engine that drives our growth – high-speed, high-volume, and high-impact.

You'll own:

📥 RFQ triage – fast and sharp using Hubspot Pro.
🕵️‍♂️ Sourcing – direct traffic and guide the team – the right part, price and leadtime.
🧾 Quote approval – make sure all are accurate, competitive, and commercial.
✍️ Key deals – take the high-value and complex RFQs yourself to maximise impact.
📊 KPIs – own the metrics that matter: quote speed, coverage, win rate, and margin.
⚙️ Build better systems – fix the bottlenecks, streamline the process, and make it faster and scalable.
🤝 Grow the team – hire, onboard, and build a team of procurement all-stars.

You’ll report directly to the CEO/GM and lead a small (but growing) frontline team.
