Are you ready to lead and redefine procurement excellence? Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will drive innovative procurement processes and support civil, infrastructure, and maintenance projects. Lead a dynamic team, and champion new ways of working as you oversee sourcing, contract engineering, and category management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement for capital works programs (minor/major projects, maintenance).
• Develop fit-for-purpose contracts and ensure seamless post-award administration.
• Maintain project controls (cost, quality, schedule) for individual projects and portfolios.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet ESG, supply security, and social licence objectives.
• Innovate through effective category planning and supplier engagement.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive expertise in procurement for complex capital project portfolios.
• Proven success mentoring teams and delivering results in civil/infrastructure settings.
• Strong contract administration and category management experience.
• Adept in commercial analysis and due diligence processes.

This role can be based in Perth or regionally with flexible working (work from home 2 days a week).
