We’re looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing activities for all goods and services, ensure sourcing governance across the business, and lead a team of eleven within a forward-thinking organisation.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you'll manage all front-end sourcing led by the Procurement team—from market engagement to tender award—ensuring alignment with policy, probity, and governance frameworks.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading high-quality sourcing and market engagement processes

Managing the Sourcing Delivery program and aligning with category plans

Advising on procurement strategy, risk, and efficiency

Acting as the strategic escalation point for complex sourcing events

Supporting sourcing-related training and continuous improvement

About You

You’re a strategic procurement professional with:

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Deep experience in RFx, contract law, and negotiation

Proven ability to deliver sourcing outcomes across complex environments

MCIPS qualification and a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar

Public sector/VGPB experience (highly regarded)
