Talent Connect are partnering with a growing Facilities Management company as they seek an experienced Facilities Manager to take a high profile account.

You will work as part of a dynamic and client-oriented team to deliver comprehensive facilities, contracts and administration management.

Responsibilities include:

• To lead and co-ordinate the maintenance teams and contractor activities to ensure the good order and repair of the buildings, roads, plant and equipment, furniture and fittings and associated infrastructure of the building meets the required standards
• Reviewing tasks performed by Grounds and Maintenance team, cleaning contractors and external contractors to ensure they have been carried out to the required standards
• Ensuring grounds and maintenance costs are kept within budget
• Overseeing and ensuring of the fire safety systems
• Security of the buildings and grounds including keysContinue
• Manage on call for after hours alarms, emergencies, etc;
• Perform other tasks as required

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Manager
• Professional presentation with excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Proactive and able to work autonomously or within a team
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• A positive attitude with flexibility to perform varied duties
• Strong interpersonal skills
