Our client is a well-established, top 100 AFR accounting firm based on the Gold Coast, renowned for building strong client relationships and delivering meaningful insight. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to join their dynamic, forward-thinking team.

As part of a highly regarded practice, you'll step into a key leadership role and collaborate closely with senior decision-makers, contributing directly to the firm’s continued success.

Responsibilities

Managing a portfolio of clients including HNWI's, trusts, partnerships and companies including various family groups.

Preparation and review of complex financial statements.

Preparing management accounting reports for review.

Reviewing tax and FBT returns and identifying non-compliance issues from them.

Providing complex business advisory services.

Review of job and year end tax planning advice for clients.

Provide tax planning advice and implement strategies to maximize client savings.

Requirements

CA/CPA qualified.

4-5 years + experience working within a boutique, Big 4 and or Mid-Tier accounting firm in Australia.

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.

Experience in managing and leading junior team members.

Bachelor of Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Business, ideally with a Major in Accounting.
