About the Opportunity:

This boutique & growing firm is seeking a business services manager to assist the director with HNW individuals & business clients across all industries. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is hardworking & who wants to be paid well above market rate. That doesn't even include the opportunity to become an equity partner in a firm with over 1M in Fees!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on business advisory services
• Oversee tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses
• Provide strategic financial advice to clients to improve business operations
• Work Autonomously with managing clients & no staff management
• Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 9+ years of experience working in an Australian accounting firm
• CA or CPA qualifications
• Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
