And we are looking for dedicated Process Analyst (ORGANISATION AND METHODS ANALYST) to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct analysis of our current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

· Recommend, design, and implement new methods, processes, and systems to increase efficiency and productivity

· Analyse workflow and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.

· Develop and implement automated solutions using existing resources, significantly reducing manual tasks, paperwork, and clerical workload.

· Create flowcharts and review reports to gain insight into operations, processes, and documents and proposed revisions to align with industry standards and NDIS requirements.

· Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

· Work closely with management to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

· Monitor and assess the effectiveness of new methods and adjust as needed.

· Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendation to management.

· Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems.

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
