We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst who thrives on bridging the gap between people and technology. You'll work alongside passionate teams and innovative partners to shape smarter, future-ready business processes and deliver meaningful change.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, capture, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to dig deep into functional needs.
• Map current vs future state processes and support solution design.
• Act as a critical liaison between business units and the technology team.
• Support change management, training, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist with deployment activities and ensure seamless transition to operational teams.
• Drive process improvements and support business continuity during transformation.
• Report regularly on progress, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT support.
• Experience working across diverse teams in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
