Work outdoors in beautiful environments, enhancing vibrant green spaces & areas. We currently have a full-time permanent Business Intelligence Analyst role available, working within our Central Office team to support data-driven decision-making across our operations. This role will see you collecting, analysing, and reporting on key business data to drive performance and efficiency across a variety of commercial landscaping and maintenance contracts. You'll collaborate with multiple departments to develop dashboards, reports, and insights that guide strategic planning and continuous improvement.

So, what can you expect to do?

• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and visualisations tailored to operational and strategic need
• Managing data integration from various internal systems including job management, financial, and customer service platforms
• Identifying data trends and patterns to support forecasting, budgeting, and workforce planning
• Conducting deep-dive analysis on operational performance, productivity, and efficiency
• Supporting the implementation of new technologies and automation tools
• Collaborating with department heads to define KPIs and reporting requirements
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders

What will you need?

• A degree in Business, Data Science, IT, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a BI Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL (or similar query language)
• Demonstrated ability to manage large datasets and develop complex data models
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Experience working in operational or service-based industries (landscaping, construction, logistics or facilities management) will be highly regarded
