Seeking a skilled Finance Manager who ideally has experience within manufacturing or project driven environments for a 13 month maternity leave contract.

Located in Canning Vale, this opportunity requires a hand on operator who can mentor and manage a small team whilst ensuring accurate and timely financials and contributing to ongoing systems and process improvements.

Duties will include:

• Accurate and timely financial reporting including stock / WIP / progress claims
• Daily cashflow management
• Management of budgeting and forecasting
• Weekly financial analysis and KPI reporting
• Preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS
• FBT reporting
• Debtor management
• Overseeing accounts payable duties and approving payment runs
• Weekly processing of payroll (25 staff) and calculations of hours using Deputy
• Maintain employee records and management of staff leave requests
• Continuous improvement of systems and processes
• Coordinate customisation of the ERP system and transferring of data from MYOB to MS Dynamics
• Producing month end reports for management
• Liaising with the External Tax Accountant

This is a hands on role that requires a high level of accuracy and commercial acumen. Previous experience within manufacturing or project driven environments is preferred coupled with the ability to mentor and develop a small team whilst working collaboratively with various line managers.

This is a 13 month maternity leave contract and you will be welcomed as a fixed term permanent employee and accrue holiday and leave entitlements and performance bonuses.
