We are rapidly growing, and as such, we are looking for talented professionals to join our thriving team in Perth!

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with mining background and strong technical acumen to support the global commercial rollout of our Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) for mining trucks. This role will be instrumental in identifying potential customers and partners, building trust-based relationships, contributing to solution design, and driving end-to-end business engagement—from technical discussions and pilot projects to full commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and establish relationships with potential mining clients, technology partners, and vehicle OEMs

Conduct market research and opportunity assessment in target regions and industries

Engage in deep discussions and negotiations with clients regarding system functions, deployment models, and commercial frameworks

Develop pricing and quotation models tailored to project needs

Responsible for preparation of proposals, bid documents, and commercial contract negotiations, collaborating with legal team to make the revisions to the contract

Maintain strong client relationships and drive long-term partnership development post-deployment

Collect customer feedback to inform product localization and optimize delivery schedules

Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solution delivery

Support marketing and brand promotion activities.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum 3 years of experience in mining technology services, smart mining, or related industries

Solid understanding of mining operations, especially open-pit haulage systems, with strong technical literacy

Proven experience in leading or contributing to major commercial deployments in the mining sector

Familiarity with autonomous driving, unmanned transport, or intelligent equipment solutions is a plus

Strong communication, cross-cultural collaboration, and project execution skills

Ability to travel frequently and engage in on-site discussions with stakeholders
