About the role

Lifestyle Smiles is seeking an experienced senior Dental Assistant/Clinical Coordinator to join our growing dental practice in Brighton, Victoria. This full-time role is crucial in supporting our dental team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

Assisting dentists during procedures by providing instruments, materials and other support

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked operatory

Sterilising equipment and instruments according to infection control protocols

Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

Handling patient inquiries and providing exceptional customer service

Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records

Collaborating with the dental team to optimise clinical workflows and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar clinical coordination role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and the dental team

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

Proficient in using dental software and technology

Commitment to infection control and workplace health and safety protocols

Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the dental team
