Purchasing Support
Administering the effective delivery of Procure to Pay (P2P) process, including P2P assurance, implementing recommendations, reviewing and monitoring and working with stakeholders to improve purchasing process, optimizing processes and performance reporting.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at Bentley.
Your new role will:
- Supporting the implementation of the Procurement & Supply Chain Business Plan
- Responsible for administering procure to pay (P2P) process with timely and effective conversion of all purchase requests and modifications
- Ensuring all purchase requests are checked for compliance with Horizon Power's policies and procedures including the Procurement Policy, Guides and other requirements
- Responsible for supporting the capture and reporting of transactional purchasing data across Horizon Power's procurement engagements including purchasing compliance reporting
- Developing and maintaining strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Supporting ongoing development of procurement system(s) including PRISM and Ellipse and P2P processes
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial, financial or procurement role
- Experience coordinating procure to pay outcomes in accordance with organisation procurement policy and guides
- Experience in stakeholder engagement
- Experience in supporting change management
- Technical Skills - purchase to pay, basic understanding of suppliers, source to contract and contract management
- Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail
