Role Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced professional in Accommodation and Logistics Support to join our client, a global leader in engineering, construction, and project management.

This role supports a dynamic and fast-paced travel team that is essential to the sites operational performance. With strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, you will join a vibrant team that manages the smooth coordination of workforce logistics to a major LNG operation.

Essential qualifications and skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a proven ability to manage and analyse data effectively
• Experience using workforce management systems such as SAMS, INX, or similar platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in crew rostering, ideally within the heavy lift, mining, or related industries
• Well-developed organisational and administrative capabilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision

Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate site logistics including flights, accommodation, rosters, PPE, document control, and meeting support
• Maintain and update records across internal systems (HELM, Payglobal, Concur) and external portals, ensuring compliance with training and qualification standards
• Organise training and induction bookings while supporting clear and timely internal communication
• Foster a positive safety culture by following procedures, reporting hazards and incidents, and promoting proactive safety practices
