About the role

This is a full-time Sales and Purchasing Coordinator position based in Landsdale, Western Australia. As part of the Independent Laboratory Supplies team, you will play a crucial role in working in our vibrant sales team and supporting the Purchasing process to achieve the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients

Work with the Sales manager to bring new clients into ILS.

Process orders and manage the order fulfilment process

Liaise with suppliers to coordinate the purchasing of inventory

Collate and send Purchase orders to suppliers and follow them up.

Provide administrative support to the sales and purchasing teams

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or purchasing coordinator role, ideally within the mining industry

Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive relationships with both customers and suppliers

Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail

Proficient in the use of ERP systems and standard office software

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Provide warehouse support when required so having a forklift ticket would be of benefit but not essential.
