Junior Property Manager/Leasing Consultant - Eastern Suburbs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join a dynamic team in the vibrant Eastern Suburbs!!. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to kickstart or progress their career in property management and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, you will be joining one of the most sought after agencies within this incredibly structured network with beautiful designer office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management of a diverse portfolio of residential properties.

Develop strong relationships with tenants, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.

Liaise with landlords to provide updates and address their needs promptly.

Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests efficiently.

Manage the leasing process, including preparing leasing documents, advertising properties, and facilitating application processes for prospective tenants.

Maintain accurate records and assist in rent reviews and renewals.

Support the team in achieving operational goals and enhancing property value.

Leasing a dynamic range of properties from $500k - $20M.

About You:

A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a background in customer service, real estate, or property management (preferred but not essential).

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

A desire to learn and grow within the property management field.

Must have a certificate of registration or real estate license.
