Join Our Team – Sales & Admin All-Rounder Wanted!

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in a hands-on Sales & Admin Support role. Our dealership is located in Geebung, just on the north side of Brisbane.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Taking sales calls & managing virtual yard listings (CRN)

Coordinating with the accountant to ensure BAS is submission-ready

Entering invoices and compiling sales folders

Showing cars, assisting customers, and selling warranties (cash commissions apply!)

Driving vehicles as needed

Organising subcontractors and ensuring smooth workflow

Following up with customers & managing online reviews

Handling warranty claims and issues professionally

Labelling keys, listing and photographing cars

Performing PPSR checks & facilitating RWCs

Labelling parts and ensuring inventory is in order

Standard office hours (9-12 / 1-4.30) with one hour lunch break

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player attitude

A driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Ability to multitask and stay on top of the details

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A current provisional driver’s license
