This is an exciting time for the business and the People & Culture function ensuring they continue to invest in developing and implementing fit-for-purpose frameworks, processes and metrics to support their ongoing growth.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer and leading a small team, you will have extensive experience in an HR Systems and Reporting role including HRIS integration and optimization, operationalising HR and business processes and continual improvement of system utilisation and reporting.

The successful candidate will also ideally demonstrate the following:

• Sound knowledge and foresight around business requirements and the connection to HR processes;
• Development and generation of HR analytics and metrics;
• Exposure to a range of HR systems and ways of working
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting and consulting skills;
• Demonstrated team leadership experience;
• Strong partnering and client service approach;
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline.
