PX Resources is exclusively working with an ASX-listed organisation within the infrastructure sector.

This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the compliance framework for the organisation.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work closely with the senior stakeholders across the business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining compliance frameworks and plans
• Drafting and updating policies, procedures and compliance documentation
• Conducting compliance reviews and risk assessments
• Managing licensing obligations and ensuring timely regulatory reporting
• Keeping up to date with regulatory and legislative requirements and liaising with regulators
• Preparing and presenting Board and Committee reports
• Providing compliance advice and training to the business
• Participating in ad hoc projects

The ideal candidate will have:

• Circa 6-7+ years compliance and/or legal experience
• Background in the infrastructure, construction or telecommunications industry would be ideal
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders (internal and external) at all levels
• Willingness to be hands-on and have a proactive attitude
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
