Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity exists to support the Risk & Compliance Senior Manager in maintaining and enhancing the Risk Management Framework. This senior analyst role will work closely with both Line 1 and Line 2 risk functions, assisting in embedding a strong risk and compliance culture, driving operational risk processes, managing incidents, and delivering insightful reporting and assurance testing.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance, and control frameworks, preferably within life insurance or superannuation
• Experience with incident and breach management processes
• Proven ability to coach and mentor others in risk and compliance
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Knowledge of CPS230 and FAR obligations is highly regarded
• Ability to challenge existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
