The Role:

As Clinical Care Manager, you'll lead a compassionate clinical team to deliver outstanding resident care. This permanent full-time position offers the opportunity to:

• Oversee all clinical operations and governance
• Mentor and develop your nursing team
• Drive quality care through effective care planning and compliance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Ensure best practice medication management

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Aged care clinical leadership experience
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Knowledge of aged care standards and accreditation
