This 100+ bed home caters to both low and high care needs, with strong operational support and an experienced team already in place.

💼 The Role:

As Care Manager, you’ll work closely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Care Coordinator to lead a dedicated nursing team and ensure exceptional care standards are maintained. This is a key leadership role where your expertise, guidance, and vision will directly impact resident wellbeing and team culture.

• Facility Size: Over 100 beds
• Care Structure: Facility Manager > Care Manager > Clinical Care Coordinator > Nursing Team
• Compliance: Fully compliant and well-run
• Location: Near Pennant Hills, with great access to surrounding suburbs
• Salary: $135,000 – $140,000 + Super

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Care Manager in a Residential Aged Care setting
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Strong leadership skills and clinical oversight capability
• In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Proven ability to build positive team culture and deliver resident-centred care
