ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hands-on, people-facing role that sits at the heart of office life! As Workplace Coordinator, you’ll help deliver a seamless and inspiring experience for all employees and visitors. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from front-of-house support to office events, space planning, and daily operations—keeping things running beautifully while fostering connection and culture across the team.

DUTIES

  • Coordinate front-of-house and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Support the planning and execution of workplace events and activities
  • Manage office supplies, kitchen facilities, and meeting room setups
  • Assist with travel bookings, space planning, and office reconfigurations
  • Monitor budgets, raise purchase orders, and process invoices
  • Ensure health & safety, ISO and office compliance requirements are met
  • Provide hands-on support for ad hoc workplace projects and daily operations
  • Champion a human, engaging workplace experience through great communication

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years in workplace, facilities, or front-of-house coordination
  • Warm, friendly, and confident connecting with people at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating office moves, events, and supplier relationships
  • Knowledge of H&S procedures and basic compliance (First Aid cert a bonus)
  • Budget and invoice management experience preferred
  • Comfortable with light lifting and a mix of desk-based and active duties
  • A can-do attitude, with resilience and flexibility to adapt as things evolve
