Qualifications & experience

• Highly motivated with experience in Retail preferred but optional
• Demonstrated interest & commitment to business success
• Victorian Certificate of Responsible Serving of Alcohol
• Forklift license not essential but desirable

Tasks & responsibilities

• Maintain high customer relations
• Assure adequate stock by maintaining effective inventory including knowledge of pricing
• Preparation of rosters
• Ability to carry out instructions & complete work within a given timeframe
• Excellent written & oral communication skills - Good communication/working relationship with other Departmental Managers/Supervisors
• Ability to frequently move boxes, following OHS procedures, weighing up to 25-30 kg
• Co-ordinate & support staff - Ability to train, supervise & give clear directions to other team members
• Ability to plan & organise resources necessary to carry out works in advance
• Ability to work individually or in a team environment
• Must be available to work weeknights and weekends.
