About the opportunities:

Due to our unprecedented growth, we have a few excellent opportunities within our company for the positions detailed below and they offer great career progression.

Drakes Newton - Bakery Assistant Manager

Full Time 38 hours a week

Needs to work every second Saturday, with RDO during the week

Drakes Hope Valley - Bakery Assistant Manager 3IC

Part Time 25 hours a week (can be flexed up)

Needs to work every second Saturday, with RDO during the week

Drakes Golden Grove - Bakery Assistant Manager 3IC

Part Time 25 hours a week (can be flexed up)

Needs to work every second Saturday, with RDO during the week

Drakes Fulham Gardens- Bakery Assistant Manager 3IC

Part Time 25 hours a week (can be flexed up)

Needs to work every second Saturday, with RDO during the week

Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential

Ability to lead and manage a team

Ability to order and control costs

Accurate team rostering

Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

Unparalleled commitment to customer service

Excellent communication skills

Ability to liaise with both team members and management

A flair for merchandising

Strong leadership and delegation skills

Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams
