2IC Retail Assistant – Airport West

Sexyland is seeking a driven and experienced retail leader to join our North West team as a 2IC (Second-in-Charge). This role supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional team performance, customer service, and operational excellence across a vibrant and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a 2IC, you will take an active role in leading the store’s daily operations, coaching team members, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining high visual standards. You’ll step up as the Acting Manager when required and play a vital part in supporting both the team and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Support and guide staff to deliver outstanding service

Train, supervise, and develop team members

Assist with roster preparation and store administration

Act as Manager on Duty when needed

Oversee inventory control and stock ordering

Maintain store merchandising and presentation standards

Resolve customer and staff concerns confidently

Process 2-hour delivery orders (sales order, picking, packing, dispatch)

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be:

Over 18 years of age

Experienced in retail and/or leadership roles

Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills

Proactive, organised, and results-driven

Available for rotating rosters including evenings, weekends & public holidays

Willing to travel between stores in the North West region if needed

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential. Police check required.
