Retail Assistant Sales Manager to join our team

You will be responsible for all aspects of running the store including:
• Achieving monthly budgeted sales through effective team leadership
• Meeting targeted KPI's
• Complete administration tasks
• Identifying and satisfying customers' needs
• Cash handling, use of cash register & daily reconciliation & banking
• Store lay out and presentation, visual merchandising.

As the successful applicant you will possess:
• Minimum 3 years' experience within a retail management position or similar role
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales target & budgets
• To be able to work independently & as part of a team
• The ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Exceptional time management skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with both staff and clients
• Creative flair with an eye for detail
• Professional Approach
