We are seeking to recruit a motivated and dynamic team member for our Patient Registration team. If you are passionate about providing service excellence and patient care, with proven ability in flexibility, compassion and initiative, we want to hear from you.

About the role:

· Accurate data entry of patient demographics and admission details

· Efficient data entry

· Assisting patients with their eAdmission / registration over the phone

· Strong customer service to both internal and external customers

· Medical record preparation

· Liaise with theatre bookings and validation team member

· Monday to Friday work only (no weekends or public holidays)
